How do I book a flight?
Fill out the booking form on the site — choose an experience, a preferred date, and your contact details. This is only a booking request; nothing is charged at this stage. We get back to you within one business day to confirm the date.
How do I pay?
We don't take payment on the site. Once the date is confirmed, payment is made by phone by credit card, or in cash before boarding.
What happens if the weather isn't suitable on the day?
Our flights depend on suitable weather conditions. A flight cancelled due to unsuitable weather is rescheduled to another date at no extra cost.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the flight. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a full charge — 100% of the booking cost. Full details on the booking terms page.
What's included in the price?
The price for each experience is per flight, not per passenger, and includes VAT. Add-ons like wine and chocolate or HD video (₪50 each) are optional and priced separately.
How many passengers can come, and how long does the flight last?
That depends on the experience you choose — flight duration, maximum passengers, and aircraft are listed on each experience's page.
Where do flights depart from?
From Herzliya Airport (LLHZ), Haifa Airport (LLHA) or Rishon Airstrip (LLRS), depending on the experience you choose.
Do I get to fly the plane myself?
On the “Pilot for a Day” and discovery-flight experiences — yes. After a short briefing, the controls pass to you in the air, fully supervised by the instructor. On romantic flights and day trips, the pilot flies and you enjoy the view.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes. Check “this is a gift” on the booking form, and we'll send a printed voucher with an open date, valid for one year from the date it's issued.
Is there an age limit?
Generally no upper age limit. On the kids' fun flight, children under 7 fly accompanied by an adult. Specific age conditions, where they apply, are listed on the experience's page.
I have a special request (a proposal, a birthday, etc.) — what do I do?
Tell us in the notes field on the booking form, and we'll make sure to plan for it.
Are there accommodations for people with disabilities?
Yes — there's a ramp and accessible parking at Herzliya Airport and Rishon Airstrip, and we check any specific need in advance. For accessibility at Haifa Airport, please contact us and we'll coordinate. Full details on the accessibility page.

Yes. The first step is a discovery flight, which also counts toward the course hours if you continue. Details on the flight training page.
