How booking works
Submitting the form on this site is a booking request, not a purchase — nothing is charged at this stage. We get back to you within one business day to confirm the date. A booking is final only once we've confirmed it by phone or email.
Pricing and payment
The price shown for each experience is per flight, not per passenger, and includes VAT. We don't take payment on the site. Once the date is confirmed, payment is made by phone by credit card, or in cash before boarding.
Add-ons
Wine and chocolate (₪50) or HD video recording (₪50) can be added. These are optional and priced separately from the base price.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the flight. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a full charge — 100% of the booking cost. A flight cancelled due to unsuitable weather is rescheduled to another date at no extra cost.
Gift vouchers
A printed gift voucher can be purchased with an open flight date, valid for one year from the date it's issued.
Fitness to participate
Participation in a flight depends on the participant's health and physical condition. If there's a specific need or limitation, please let us know in advance so we can check suitability and safety together, in line with aviation regulations. Some experiences carry age conditions — see the relevant experience page for details.
